Answer the following questions as a part of the interactive exercise
on accountability.

each section is the same as in your pre‐work.

Individuals:
What does the word “accountability” mean to you as an individual?

naming names, think of a leader you consider
highly accountable. What characteristics describe
that person?
What do you admire most about that person?
What might you consider
doing differently to adopt more of the behaviors you admire?
Peers:
